This one won't last long. It's a cream puff. The home has had TLC. Seller has occupied it since 1976. All the windows have been replaced. Other replacements include the wiring from 2-wire to 3-wire, central heat and air, water heater, roof (May 2024)). You'll like the room sizes. The primary bedroom is very spacious with two closets and its own bathroom. The floor in the hall and bedrooms are original.There is carpet in the living room/dining room combination in excellent condition. The formal livimg room has built in shelves for books, whatnots, etc. The family room has a built in desk. The utility room has cabinets. I didn't mention the gas range is new. Garage has a storage room and pull down attic stairs. It sits on an ovevrsized lot.
