The CLC Ranch is nestled off the beaten path in Jim Wells County for extreme privacy. It sits at the corner of CR 145 and CR 173. This low fence ranch offers living quarters, a submersible water well, tank, rolling terrain, diverse native brush, electricity, cross fencing and a good road system across the ranch. The tank is not far from the headquarters and is supplemented by a pvc line from the water well. Additional water troughs are strategically placed across the pasture for more water sources for the cattle and wildlife. This part of the county is known for its big rolling hills and nice mesquite bottoms. The ranch is completely fenced and cross fenced for rotational grazing purposes. Certain areas of the ranch are mowed to enhance the native pasture and brush. Electricity comes overhead from the county road to the headquarters.
