COMPLETELY REMODELED!!! Everything is new in this house. The 3 big ticket items are Foundation (repaired late 2022), HVAC (complete new system installed by Rotor Rooter 2022 with warranty), and the roof (roof was 5 years old when I bought the house in 2022). Everything else was completely gutted and replaced. All new interior windows, electric panel, vinyl plank flooring, carpet in bedrooms, vanity, tub, tile, gas water heater, kitchen cabinets, granite in kitchen, and appliances. The plumbing was 100% replaced all the way to the city connection. The garage got a new garage door and a garage door opener with 2 remotes.
