Tommy Burt was born on a ranch and grew up working cattle, building fences, and showing horses. When I went to college it was only natural to go into the school of Agriculture to broaden my knowledge on Farm and Ranch. Life then lead in the direction of corporate real estate for 22 years. While I loved what I did, I eventually realized that something was missing. I decided to go into Farm and Ranch Real Estate, specializing in what I know best—Farm and Ranch properties—and I finally feel like I have merged my passion, knowledge, and skills into an ideal career. Steve Sikes

My family has been ranching in Texas since 1876. We currently ranch and run a cow/calf operation in Stephens and Throckmorton Counties with Commercial Angus and Commercial SimAngus cows cross backed with Registered Angus and Hereford Bulls. We employ the best genetics and EPD’s with a focus on herd health as recommended by Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) and veterinarian protocols. Being a good steward of the land, and taking care of God’s resources, has always been a goal of our family. We apply industry best-practices with our facilities to include pasture improvements, cross fencing, best grazing practices and water resource management.

Several years ago, my family sold our family steel business that was started by my father and mother in 1952. For 44 years I worked in the steel business, the last 10 as the Chairman and CEO.

Cathie Leslie

I have lived in Dallas/ Fort Worth since the 90’s before recently moving west to Annetta South and I love sharing my insight into the many areas of Fort Worth and Aledo that I’ve gleaned while attending university, restoring unique old homes, and raising my family here! I consider it an enormous honor to represent clients in both the sale or search of a home. While I may run out of daylight hours, I NEVER run out of energy- exceeding expectations is my goal. Carl Roland

Carl is a very experienced agent having been licensed in the State of Texas for nearly 30 years.
