The Caverns Ranch is home to the headwaters of the Nueces River and features a 360 degree view of the rolling hills that surround the property. The front gate is 1.1 miles off the pavement at the end of a gravel county road which passes through one ranch before the Caverns. The ranch headquarters is situated in a picturesque valley flanked by a creek and rugged limestone cliffs. The three bedroom, two bath ranch house, guest house, pens, well, cistern, and outbuildings are all in good repair and are shaded by mature oak and pecan trees.
