Beautiful xeriscaped front and back yard for low maintenance. Comes with the appliances including washer and dryer. Big covered patio in the backyard for an enticing retreat area. Check out the pictures but it feels better in person. Storage building included. Pex water lines under house. Has a spot for a dishwasher but will not be provided. Occupied, Must have appointment. Might need a little patience as we haven't found the need for cell phone or email at this address. Already sounds like less stress doesn't it?
