The Wallace's Leon River Ranch is an exceptionally clean, turnkey working ranch with professional grade horse facilities, located just 22 miles from Stephenville. From the gate to the furthest corner of the river bottom, this ranch is immaculate, functional and productive. The owners searched for abundant groundwater and productive soils, and they found them here. Now they are ready to pass the reins to the next owner who will benefit from the facilities.
