The farm consist of 92 acres of cultivation, with the remaining 158 acres in native pasture. Fish Creek runs along the eastern edge of the property. The creek typically holds water year round and flows into Cow Creek, just south of the farm. There are large hard woods on the eastern side of the property that consist of live oak, pecan, and elm. There are some elevated areas with great views overlooking the creek bottom. The farmland is currently under a lease. Water to the property is provided by Fish Creek that runs along the eastern boundary. There is a well located on the property, the condition of the well is unknown. As mentioned the property is combination of cultivated farm land and native pasture. The native pasture is fenced, portion of the cultivation are unfenced. Other than fencing and electricity the property is unimproved land.
