Your listing will have a Featured Property Page with a full description of the property and provided photographs and videos. Listing will also be featured on the Front Page of TX Ranches Real Estate linking to the Property Page.
Property Listings require the submission of photos. Videos are optional.
Photo Requirements – High Quality saved for web preferred.
Required minimum size is 1200px wide saved as high resolution jpg.
Ideal Size – approx 2400x1600px, saved for web.
Photos can be submitted as a ZIP file only.
Create a zip file on Windows
Add your jpg images to a folder, then right click on the folder and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. You will end up with both the original and a zipped copy.
Create a zip file on a Mac
Add your jpg images to a file, then CTRL-click on the file and select Create Archive. You will also find the option in the File menu. Either way, you will end up with both the original and a zipped archive copy.
Videos should be first published on YouTube and Vimeo with the Link provided.
Why Free?
The TX Ranches Real Estate website is new and still under development. In the future there will be a cost to advertise your property here. If you are a real estate agent/broker we will have special plan providing multiple listings at a discounted rate. In the meantime, we appreciate your participation and welcome all – individual sellers, agents and brokers.
